What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10am

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
When availability allows, we’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out for a small fee. Just ask!

Is there Wi-Fi at the cabin?
Yes, we have fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the cabin.

What kitchen items are included?
We’ve stocked the kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee bar with syrups, filters, sugar, creamer, and tea. You’ll also find kids plates/utensils/drinkware, as well as outdoor dishes should you want to enjoy a meal al fresco. We also have a large selection of small appliances such as a blender, toaster, and air fryer. All you’ll need to do is bring groceries!

Is there a hot tub?
Yes! Enjoy a private 7-person hot tub with views of the wooded yard.

Tell me more about the mini golf course!
We have a 6-hole light up mini golf course right in the backyard - exclusive to our guests. The lights will automatically turn off at 11pm. If you’d like a certain color set up, or need the lights off earlier/later, feel to reach out to us!

Where is Honey Bear Hideaway located?
We’re in Sevierville, TN - just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Is the cabin secluded?
Yes, the cabin is surrounded by trees for privacy, while still being close to town and local attractions.

Is the cabin kid-friendly?
Absolutely! We have board games, a pack-n-play crib, a high chair, a kids’ climbing dome, lots of toys for all ages, and the mini golf course.

Do you have baby gear?
Yes, we provide a pack-n-play and high chair. If you need additional items like strollers, or baby gates, we’ve partnered with BabyQuip for local baby gear rentals. You’ll find our affiliate link HERE

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we welcome dogs with a $200 pet fee. We also provide a medium crate, bowls, blanket, and towel for your pup to use during the stay.

Are there rules for bringing pets?
Dogs must be crated when you’re away from the cabin. Please pick up after your pet and supervise them outdoors - there’s wildlife in the area!

What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our booking platform or direct booking terms for the full cancellation policy. We do recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

Do you allow parties or events?
No, we do not allow parties or events. The cabin is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays.

What should I pack for our stay?
We recommend bringing groceries, personal toiletries, and outdoor gear for hiking or exploring. We provide towels, linens, and basic kitchen and bathroom essentials.

Is firewood provided for the fire pit?
No, we provide a gas fire pit- no wood needed. Just turn it on and enjoy.

Is charcoal provided for the grill?
No, we do not provide charcoal. This can be purchased right down the street at the grocery store.

Who do I contact during our stay if we need help?
You’ll receive contact info in your welcome guide. We’re available for questions or issues during your stay and respond quickly.

What if there’s a power outage or emergency?
Our welcome guide provides instructions on what to do and who to contact in case of any emergency.
